Familiarity
“Familiarity breeds contempt – and children.”
-Mark Twain
When the gardenia smiles
There is myth among gardeners that talking to their plants will make them grow better. Myth Busters even put it to the test.
Regardless if the myth is true seeing this plant produce a couple blooms was like a hug and a warm smile from a beautiful, but moody, woman.
By the way… the gardenia spent may days alone in my home office.
Me, Myself, and I at the Beach
The waves rolled Me around the surf.
They excited myself, terribly so.
I let them take me for a ride.
The breaking waves kept pushing Me back.
Kicking and paddling propelled Myself across the breakers to wait for a wave.
All so I could enjoy the ride!
Me, Myself, and I sat on the beach with the
Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
It was refreshing to be in such good company at the beach.
All Aboard
Finally made it on board to see the Iwo Jima.
